Greg Dunne opened High Definition Fitness in December 2012 and has never looked back. He has been involved in the fitness industry since 1995, when he qualified as a Gym Instructor & Personal Trainer, nutrition and aerobic Instructor and in the same period received his qualifications as a swimming teacher, lifeguard, Reebok step aerobics, Tae Bo Fitness, and coaching qualifications in football, hurling, soccer and basketball. Two years before opening High Definition Fitness he completed his Instructor qualifications in TRX, Spin Indoor Cycling, Kettlebells and Pump N’ Tone. So to say Greg has been around the fitness block is an understatement! He has been training in gyms since the ripe age of 15 and knows the industry inside out. He specialises in strength and conditioning and can tailor fitness or nutritional programmes to suite any fitness goals.
When he’s not running High Definition Fitness he has a few past times to keep him occupied. Apart from the obvious of training in the gym he also likes to go for spins on his motorcycle, kick back on the armchair with a good book or stick on a decent movie (total movie buff!). As well as a fitness fan Greg also has a grá for all things art. He also has a diploma in Art History from Trinity College and isn’t bad when it comes to drawing or sketching.
